  25.             The CHPC provides access to a CRAY Y-MP/864, currently  run-
  26.             ning  the  UNICOS 6.1.4 operating system, a CONVEX C220 run-
  27.             ning CONVEX/OS 9.1, a cluster of two  IBM  RS/6000s  running
  28.             AIX  3.1.   Our  life sciences community also can access our
  29.             Sun SPARCserver 690 MP running SunOS 4.1 for molecular biol-
  30.             ogy  and  genetics  research  applications. Staff and onsite
  31.             researchers can access a network of  over  30  Sun  worksta-
  32.             tions,  a  Sun  SPARCserver  670,  a  Sun  Sparc 2 GS, a SGI
  33.             4D310/GTX and a Stardent Titan  P3000/G3  graphics  worksta-
  34.             tions.  Service offerings include supercomputing, visualiza-
  35.             tion, and biomedical algorithm design and support.
